B-Codex Solutions ("we", "us") publishes Zira PDF. This policy explains what information Zira PDF collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Device and usage information
- Your device's IP address, your mobile operating system, which parts of the app you use, the date and time of your visits, and how long you spend in the app.
- Information you provide
- Details you give us when you contact support or request deletion of your data.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide and operate Zira PDF
- Understand how the app is used and improve it
- Find and fix errors and improve reliability
- Show ads
- Respond to support requests and send important notices
We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing and third-party services
We may use service providers, such as cloud hosting, that process data on our behalf. We do not share your personal data with anyone else except when the law requires it.
Zira PDF uses these third-party services:
- Google Play Services: Core Android services
- AdMob: Showing ads
- Google Analytics for Firebase: Usage analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics: Crash reports
Advertising
Zira PDF shows ads from third-party advertising networks. These networks may use an advertising ID and similar technologies to show ads and measure how they perform. You can reset or opt out of your device's advertising ID in your device settings.
Data retention and deletion
User-provided data is kept while you use the app and for 12 months afterwards, unless the law requires longer. Automatically collected data is kept for up to 24 months. Aggregated, anonymised data that no longer identifies you may be kept indefinitely. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to any legal duty to keep it.
How to delete your data
Email bcodexsolutions@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my data: Zira PDF". We will confirm by email once your data has been deleted.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Zira PDF is not intended for children under 16 (or a higher age where the law requires), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you. Contact us and we will act on your request within a reasonable time.
Cookies and tracking technologies
The app or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics or service delivery. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before using non-essential tracking.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. Contact us to use them.
International data transfers
We or our service providers may transfer personal data to countries outside where you live, including outside the European Economic Area. Where the law requires safeguards, we use tools such as Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions or your consent.
Opting out
You can stop the app collecting information from your device by uninstalling it. This does not delete information already sent to us or to third parties. To ask for deletion or to withdraw consent, email us.
Data breaches
If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you as the law requires, including what happened and what we are doing about it.
Your consent
Where processing relies on consent, you give it by opting in to the relevant feature. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing done before you withdrew it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
